A metal fabrication press brake is an essential machine in the manufacturing industry, known for its versatility and precision in bending sheet metal. It features a robust bending system with a double cylinder on the upper table, ensuring static and dynamic rigidity. Constructed with a strong steel frame and upper table material, the press brake provides durable performance.
The upper table movement is supported by adjustable fiber slide bearings, ensuring smooth operation. A balancing spindle and eccentric bearings maintain parallelism, while the stroke-controlled angle adjustment mechanism with a mechanical-stop system and motor control allows for precise bends. The machine offers high stroke and front opening values, accommodating various bending molds. Tonnage adjustment is easily managed with a pressure switch and NC control, while a hydraulic safety system prevents excessive pressure rise. The press brake operates in a double-speed working system with free fall, slow bend, and fast return modes, all controlled by a safety-enabled foot pedal with an emergency stop feature compatible with CE standards. The compact HAWE or REXROTH hydraulic system unit, located at the top, requires minimal maintenance. Remote service solutions are facilitated through European-origin SIEMENS, PIZZATO, and BALLUF electrical equipment. The LEUZE brand security system in the front area supports different forms with a learning mode. An NC control unit can store up to 500 programs with 200 lines each and easily save and load programs via USB.
The motorized X back gauge, programmable via NC control, offers high-speed operation with 600 mm gauge distance and 0.2 mm precision. The Y axis angle setting is adjustable by motor and NC controller. The press brake features a quick-release PROMECAM upper die clamping system for rapid disassembly and a manual crowning system adjustable from the upper die holders. The floating arm control panel and front support arms are easily adjustable with linear slide and bearing systems. Tightening and fixing bolts ensure accurate centering of the bottom die, while a sensitive programmable retreat function on the back gauge prevents collisions. Optional equipment includes special bending dies, a dual control pedal system, additional safety systems (DSP, FIESSLER), extended back gauge length, extra back gauge ducks, additional front support arms, motorized R-axis with precision movement, and manual or motorized cambering on the lower blade, enhancing the machine's flexibility and safety.
